Is the Philosophical Approach Self-Industrious?
I wonder if the, the philosophical approach to that is just a little self-indulgent. It's like with the writing you were talking about with a lot of philosophers, how it's super complicated and dense. I do think people like Nietzsche were definitely bordering on that. Like he did. He just took a lot of research about habits and change and made it to where anybody can understand it. That's why atomic habits has sold 100 million copies or something.
