Do You Really Need Any Carbs After Workout?

Protein alone is the only way to get insolent levels high. You don't even need any carbs at all after a work out. A study recently found that whole eggs stimulate more muscle protein synthesis. But there's also other nutrients, for example, a colastral and at least one study that suggests that colestral can stimulate musse protein synthesis. So then you come into the wholea discussion of what's better: protein shakes or real food?
