China's Not Providing That Extra Economic and Military Support
There were concerns very early on that they may well be poised to help russia in the war in ukraine, not least by perhaps providing military support. And of course, whilst they have not, by any means er stopped supporting russia in relation to energy, i do think it is significant that china has not done what it was initially seemed primed to do. The real significance of that may be something that we work we can't measure in weeks or months but perhaps perhaps in years.
