How Do You Demystify the Audit Committee?
A lot of CAE is treat the audit committee with some mystery so the rest of the audit staff wonders I don't we help create some documents but we don't know what happens it's like this great mystery. As much as you can demystify it the burden is on the CAE to do that yeah. So there's not much you can do is an audit manager other than to start asking questions if you're not getting information to you get quite and then ask a question.
