I had biases against myself becausei i did not a way to express what i thought about myself. I didn't create that inner reality until much later, when i had the language for it. The longest chapter in my book is about bioses and notions. You have everything from a dunning cruger effect to select selectivity bias,. There are all of these different short cuts that our brain takes. It's also about ourselves. Our wiring, again, is such that unfortunately, unless we condition our brain to regularly enter a higher cognitive state where it's not about fear or fight or flight, we tend to just get stuck.
