Don't be afraid of doing what your head says you should do. Try to bring your speech to life and put your personality into it if possible. It sounds more natural if you're not reading from a pre-written script. Writing notes is a good idea, but don't write the main points that you want to make. Don't switch off your editor. You can include sound effects or even background music when recording. But feel free to experiment and so on. Luke prefers MP3 because it's quicker to process.
