Lanina and bernard have a very sterile life in brave new world. And so seeing real life, organic life, natural life, shocks and upsets lanina. Then they finally, they the most important part of this chapter, i they meet john. So until now, bernard has been really the main character, but now john also becomes a main character. Why not? Well, because they meet, they find out, and they later meet his mother.
