The one killer, both in the markets and in corporations, to me is going to be leverage. We've been in this 13 year blissful period as a consumer and as an investor where we'v never even thought about how zero percent car financing literally one % mortgage. Even the lng or short sight did not realize shorting stocks when rates are zero is not a great recipe. That's not lazy. It's stupid shorting stocks at that point. Now, i'm fired up.
