The Normal Process to Revocation of a President's Clearance
The president's press secretary announced at a press availability that the president himself had made this determination and gave a series of reasons. It's not even clear to what extent the concerns outlined by Sarah, how could be Sanders would fall within the scope of what we would typically see in a clearance revocation process. I can't envision anyone in the security office of CIA putting their name on that kind of document. And I can't imagine the CIA director, Gina Haspel, invoking her authority.
