How Did You Organize Your Product Development Process?

Roxanne Jones: We had some slightly weird views of management being that your people manager is there to support your growth and they're not there to necessarily be above you in the work that you're doing. So we knew that we needed this extra layer of organization because we couldn't have one person manage so much work at a time. And as the company grew, we ended up splitting into three pillars. Each pillar had a lead and the pillar leads would show up. They had engineering design and product pillar leads and those people would be at the reviews for all of the work in their pillar. It was actually fully, it was validate the hypothesis that maximizing clarity on the project management use case
