The Benefits of One Week Off a Week

I think anyone that has had a history of bone stress injuries is open to the idea of manipulating their training workload. I mean, there's a lot more work to be done by the sounds of it, but it still makes sense intuitively. There is a one to week, one day off a week over time gonna be the equivalent or it depends. You're not dropping back, you're just taking a week,. so respite, giving yourself a musculoskeletal sort of recovery period and then kicking in the gear again.
