The Importance of Silos in Teaching

We teach in silos and I saw it so much when I was traveling around the country. It doesn't matter what my silo looks like but everybody teaches in a silo. So we cannot silo ourselves. We need to all talk as a school, school wide, grade wide, you know, discipline wide. Everybody's got to talk everywhereSo that we can all understand what our problems are and we can overcome them.
