Russian Disinformation Campaign - What's the Big Deal?

They said their national security experience made them deeply suspicious that the russian government played a significant role in the case, but there was no new evidence to back up those claims. The list of signatories includes major names such as Leon penetta, john brennon and Jim clapper; none have retracted or apologized for what they did.
