Is There Any Way to Separate the Parent and Their Ego From Their Behavior?
I don't know there's any way to separate the parent and their ego from what they're doing with their children. To me, acceptance, unqualified acceptance, no matter what the kid is doing, is the road to their hearts,. So what i hear you saying, if i may, is like you need to separate their person's beingness from their behaviour. And then kids grow up with inflated ego. As they progress in their academ s, and as they meet smarter and smarter pulls of are more successful academically, then they often feel like they're not good enough any more.
