The Positives of the COVID Pandemic
There were some positives that came out of COVID in terms of being able to make changes due to London having shut down. Winston Churchill once used the phrase 'never waste a crisis' and what he meant by that was that the crisis provides an opportunity to do stuff you otherwise wouldn't do. We saw during those few months when there was lockdown, a massive, massive improvement in air quality - we can see the cause and effect. And so we try to use the opportunity caused by this pandemic to see if we could build on what was happening.
