Antire cord syndrome, you could see possibly after some aortic case where they cause malperfusion to the spine. Or just a trauma with a vascular injury to the anterior spinal artery. The other pathology just to be aware of in the pediatric population is pseudo-subluxation. So no further imaging is required and you can clear their C spine.
