The Effects of ADHD Medication on Academic Performance
One of the myths out there is that people think that by taking ADHD medication, let's say Adderall or whatever, does that mean that you're going to be smarter? People often in university or colleges or even in high school sometimes think that they don't have ADHD and they take their roommates Adderall. There was a study done that's very interesting and I'll try to explain it fairly concisely. The people who took the medication didn't do any better than the ones who didn't take a real medication,. But the ones that took the medication took longer to make a move or make a decision.
