We launched the service, now, four years ago, with 200 moms. The question volume started increasing as we started to involve more and more mums. Out of every 30 questions we asked, one or two of them will be really serious. A mum may say, i'm bleeding. What should i do? And we recognize that if we sort of did a first and first out approach to answering questions, we'd miss that mother. So our journey to think about machine learning actually came in thinking about how toe effectively categorize these es.
