How User Research Can Help You With Customer Retention
Use stakeholder interviews as much as possible to understand their pain points and goals by understanding this information. There are plenty of things that user research can uncover that are unknown unknowns, right? Another idea is to do a question gathering workshop. So what are the big things that we want to understand about our users that we don't currently understand? What are the gaps in our knowledge? What do we think we're missing?
