Simon Kast's investigation was superseded by two others. The Electoral Commission finds the Conservative Party 17,800 pounds for what it called serious failings in the party's compliance systems. In this instance, the payment the money to do up Downing Street was incorrectly described in internal records and the full value of the donation was not correctly identified and reported. Consequently, it was not included in our donation publication. Mr Jones?
