Rory McIlroy talks about how he dealt with anxiety as a young athlete. He says that self-awareness is the starting point of our ability to direct our own growth. We can change things about ourselves in the way that we want to become the person that wewant to be so I think yeah it can be and you know this is that's why I say there's no answer I could give that would actually cover that question  in its entirety.
