What's the Heck Happened to Joyce Chang?

The case of joyce chang was closed with no clear cause of death, no evidence of foul play and basically no mor information. Two years later the FBI revisited her case because they had some new information that had come to the table. The investigation continued with even more gusto behind it, because they were trying to figure out what the hell happened. And one of the most bizarre pieces of information the fbi apparently just couldn't wrap their heads around was the fact that no one had been using a joyce's bank card.
