How Much of the Power Is Erased?

I was inspired to run by the previous agien president. I think there's something to that idea of seeing people who look like you in positions of power. When they did a study trying to find a power gen in humans, they found one and it was correlated to a pretty significant degree with people ending up in positions of leadership. But this is where the study having falters is they can't say whether that gean caused you to desire power or just made you better at getting power.
