Inspectors sent into mosques, book stores and universities to gather information about suspicious people. Not one terrorism a conviction resulted from any of the surveillance workrit but that was the mentality - this is a suspect community. An entire communityis homogenized based on the actions of 19 high jackers. This continues even ah to day. The problem is it goes very much under radar, and little is said about it. I obama's counter aticlization programme involved recruiting respected members of the moslem community as informants within their own community. So there's absolutely no trust in these community leaders who have been living for the last few years with spied on by the Obama administration.
