Leadership capital is the fact that you can only get people to do so much as a leader. When you ask somebody to do something, it costs more and if they don't want to do it, then it costs less. So giving ownership earns leadership capital listening to someone as simple as that might sound gives me leadership capital. You think rank gives you a bunch of leadership capital? It doesn't.
