In general, return metrics are in that kind of de-risked core-to-core plus side of the risk continuum. Residual cap rates have really kind of settled in on the margins of 5%. I think where pricing is really differentiated today is where buyers feel emboldened about the underpinnings of the economy and the growth assumptions.
