The Rise of Ghost Restaurants

We're now seeing the rise of ghost restaurants. Ghost restaurants are restaurants that fit a different business model. And so we're going to see the restaurant industry change again. The people who work in it are going to be victims of that change, unless they see it coming and figure out how to fit into that model.
