I think the fundamental thing changed that has happened to me in this last er on little bonid aftor two years that have been part of the ditto, is going back to something that we earlier mention. It's about this entire thing of initiative, which i have to take to make my job on a daily basis better. And because of how practical that is, as as i do more, i see results which are very practical, which are not hidden by too much of levels of hierarchy, right? Because of that, it makes the job very practical. I think that is a very underrated thing that you could take for granted, which which i don't h y no nohing ii
