Community pediatrics isn't normally thought of as being a particularly high profile controversial kind of job. Recently it does seem to have become a more controversial area at times and is that your experience too? Yeah absolutely I mean often it's not so much the child you can normally kind of get a measure of the child very quickly when they walk through your clinic door or from the information you've got from the school. But actually looking at the interaction between the parents what the parents think how the parents handle the child all that kind of stuff is hugely important.
