We were talking about how you can create and propagate transactions over the network. So just to recap, when you are creating a transaction, you are signing it locally. And miners are this kind of like terminal notes that actually take the transactions from the map,. From their memo and they create a block from that transaction. They actually execute those transactions and propagate the block back.
