If 80% of your day is focused on staying hydrated, let the other 20% be focused on having a nice can of coke or a juice instead. You're allowed to give yourself rest days from your goals. And they are just as important as those action packed focused days as well. My final major tip is to create a reasonable routine. I am someone who has always struggled with routine. But one of my friends said it this way: start with a monthly routine. What are the things that you want to get done on a monthly basis and when do you need them to be scheduled in throughout the month? Once you have accomplished that, then you move to a week by week
