Companies like gogle have created these beautiful playgrounds where you get days off or burning man, and you get to play panunand you get free food. But that kind of mentality is seen as really integral to the culture. It allows a kind of lax in attention to when the culture gets out of control and becomes oppressive. Now we're having a reckoning within these companies," he says.
