Are We Misrepresenting Our Choices?

Sometimes people leave out certain what i would call a truly free market or voluntary health care system. Even if you want to say that free market solution is bad, it's not honest to say that to day's system is a free market system. And another issue or example of people not being clear on choices is equa ing a phantasy with a choice.
