Learning the Hand Stand

The hand stand has taught you persistence, balance and a grey way to look at your body. It's also opened up more avenues that i could explore in other areas of my life. Andi was like, we'll not rit nowit's not internally moit motivated right now. I don't want to do that right now. But at the same time, it was hard to let go of this, like, is hand stand identity that i had. Bcause i doing it so much each morning.
