The Evolution of Functional Programming

Tanta University did not use Haskell at the time. Eventually, they did switch to Haskell these days. For me, it was still Amanda, which is kind of like Haskell, but the I.O. system was different. You got an infinite list of I.O events and you're supposed to deliver an infiniteList of pictures to put something on the screen. But it's very hard to get this right, usually, because you have to produce everything just in the right order. And so I like functional programming for my bachelor's, but I did electrical engineering things in my masters.
