Jeff Bezos: One of the biggest problems I see in organizations is product definition. They establish a product around something that's not a product at all, he said. He says Justice's law can be used to speed things up and get products to market more quickly. The key is how many parallel executable work streams are there for each thing you want to get to market? That should equal the number of team-based release processes.
