Trade, All Negotiations Are Zero Sum

Sally Kohn: In Trump's world, all negotiations are zero sum. She says we need to make sure that the rules of engagement work for all parties. We have lost our capacity as a country to engage in any discourse on free trade, she says. The U.S. must redistribute the gains from trade to insure that everybody wins,. But it's not clear we've done enough of that redistribution towards the people who would lose.
