The Effects of Co-Humilon on Bitterness

Co-humilon can have a harsher bitterness for some people. That's not, you know, hops that have high co-humilon. And it could be when you strip out all the other stuff that the co- Humulus itself is just bitter. The hopshots that we can get from Yakima Valley hops at the Humber scale are using CTZ, which I believe is a fairly low co-Humilus hop to begin with. But it's a really clean bitterness, but they're kind of tricky to use.
