Mortgage demand dropped to a 22 year low in data this morning. We should focus on two things in the housing market, were seeing a deterioration because of a bad affordability. But we should be careful to extrapolate what's happening with house holesales to the broader economy. Is the us? Consumer too resilient for them to be effective in doing that?
