Smaller companies just use like a very simple sort of standard set of databases. It seems like an individual company would use a wider variety as they have the scale and resources to manage that. Too much complexity and you're going to get hurt instead of like solving like a problem. You have to be a little bit like careful with that, but it makes subtle sense.
