Is There a Moral Agent Who Could Be Identified as the Cause of the Plague?

i wrote all the way back in like, 20 16, before he was elected, about how he was coming to fulfil this function of a kind of scapegoat king. And i'm not saying there's nothing to that idea, right? There's sort of a reasonable version of it that would at least be worth entertaining. This idea that by expelling trump, you could restore a, you can restore order and sort of wholeness to the community just didn't work. It keeps, it keeps being resuscitated for reasons. I think there's this kind of right wing idea that, like, the democrats made him out to bea coved up, but it's obviously wrong
