The Importance of Respect in Eldership

In the church, I'd rather be called brother or mister or more pastor. That's a general approach. Some are older or horrified that people my age and younger just refer to me as HB. And it's just to some degree my church regeneration. How do you work through that in your context? "I am fine being just HB"
