Introduction
This episode is part of a new mini-series focused on sound for documentaries. We're going to be talking about a really good one today, Fire of Love. It has just been released on Disney Plus after a successful theatrical run over the summer. The film follows a romantic relationship between two scientists that study volcanoes up close. A large percentage of the footage used in the film was shot without sound,. leaving the audio post-team a heavy workload. Joining us today are Patrice LeBlanc, sound designer on Fire of Love and director Sarah Dosa.
