I would say it is kind of, everybody has this idea, there's space and it's kind of three dimensional at least at large scales. The spatial thing, there are two directions and they're oppositely directed, but space itself doesn't go more one way than the other. This turns out to be a very contentious view among philosophers and physicists for funny reasons. In the temporal structure does have a fundamental directionality to it and spatial structure doesn't. They again nod at you and say, yeah, tell me something new.
