I was wondering, as as i read your book, is there any research out there on the impact of sudden loss being particularly more difficult than prolonged loss. And and then added to that, there is definitey research that shows that a parental bereavement is considered to be the hardest type of loss to adapt to. I'm just wondering, if they're a that there, they're hard in their own particular wayye, absolutely. Cause, yho, get some time. Don't.
