There are a variety of ways to make electricity that do not have emissions at the point of generation. Hydroelectric, wind, solar, also geothermal and nuclear all have different performance features. And then there are some that are variable like tidal energy based on the moon's gravity stop. We tend to get obsessed in our policy making with just wind or solar, but actually there is a much broader suite available to us.
