You Need to Ring Your Clock When You're on Holiday
The Prime Minister suspended Parliament for six weeks at a time when the country was involved in negotiations with the EU. Gina Miller appealed to the Supreme Court and they were willing to hear it within two or three weeks. They said whether Parliament is provoked by Her Majesty is not a legal question, It's a political decision. And we triumphed. We had an astonishing victory where the Supreme Court held that the Prime Minister had acted unlawfully.
