How to Maintain a Routine in Your Day
I find myself getting a lot more out of doing short workouts every day rather than like two or three big workouts a week. Having that routine is so important because then you can maintain it so much easier yeah I think that that's really valuable well it definitely happens for me at my job because the high school day is so regimented It motivates you to actually do something and our brains are so bad at understanding what a week of time is - we just don't know how many days there are in a month.
