I think it's just a muscle that gets built up. It's what becomes an innate reflex. There's a sanscraterma pargraha, which is about opening and sing. The impulse is always towards give it back to the divine,. call in the divine to take it back. However, having said that, i would say every week there's a new way that the divine, to me, gets to take me deeper with it. When my mam died quite suddenly, that wasn't any thing that the ego was going to be able to manipulate through your affirmations. I'm happy she's in a better place.
