Hospice in America

Hospice in the U.S. is free for anybody on Medicare to get six months of supportive treatment as they're nearing end of life. Some people might get palliative cancer treatment, but that's a different model than dialysis for curative purposes. People tend to have better outcomes when they have less aggressive medical intervention and more palliatively focused intervention.
